The Association’s intent is to preserve a stable, peaceful environment for property owners and their families. Consistent with this purpose, the community is not designed for transient lodging or short‑term rental activity, but rather to foster long‑term residency and neighborly engagement.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
-No fishing at the swimming lake.
-Fishing permitted only from boats or dam at swimming lake.
-Fishing from boats is catch and release ONLY.
-Boats are privately owned. Do Not use without permission.
-Dogs must be on a leash.
-All pet excrement must be removed and properly disposed of by the owner immediately.
